1.What is your company specialized in?
A：We specialize in the manufacture of single screw extruder production lines. Especially the extrusion line of tube/pipe/profile.
2.Are you a manufacturing factory?
A: Yes, We are. Jinxin machinery is responsible for production, and Firerymed trading is responsible for export business. We are partners, not another increase.
3.Where is your factory located?
A: Ningbo (Ningpo), Zhejiang Province, China. It has the world’s busiest container port. Convenient for the shipping of our machines overseas and saves inland shipping costs.
4.Can I come to your factory to observe machine running? Can you arrange driver to pick me up?
A: Of course we can. There are High-speed rail and flights to any major Chinese city. We can pick you up at the airport or train station, or even pick you up in Shanghai or Hangzhou.
5.Where do you sell your product/what is your major market?
A: It used to be dominated by the domestic market. Many of our customers are OEMs for foreign customers.
6.Why should we choose you over others?

A: What we are focusing on is not how much profit can get from you at one time. We did not spend lot of money on advertising, promotion, and photo/video shooting and editing. We have saved these money for you. We hope to build our reputation through users recommendation.
9.How long have you been in this business?
A: The person in charge of production has more than 20 years of work experience, Our R&D is plant owner who likes new technology and new things. We have 10 core manufacturing members, all of whom are working here from the factory build.

Part Two: Products Features & Parameters
1.How should I choose the most suitable model?
A: Provide the sample and let us know the quality and output you want to achieve. Then we will make detailed configuration according to your requirements.
2. Do we need some peripheral equipment in addition to the line?
A: Like air pumps, and industrial chillers are not produced by us. But we can help you to purchase, and NO commission will be charged.
3. Why is your product cost-effective?
A: We are still in the early stages of building our brand overseas, we hope to gain market reputation, we will give the best we can do to our clients but not take too much profit as our current goal.
4.Is your product easy to break?
A: Not easy. From the earliest customers who purchased our machines to make PPR tubes and Rattan, they still use them now. They said that our machine is like TOYOTA PRADO, durable and costs less.
5. Is your product easy to use?
A: Yes. It is. Set the required temperature after the machine turned on, adjust vacuum pressure after the plasticization of the raw materials, and entering the shaping mold. Set the length and weight of the product you require, All the calculations and settings are fully automatic. Your workers only need to pack the product.
Part Three: Sales service & Terms
1.What’s your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit,70% before delivery.
2. What is the delivery time?
A: 45-50 days after the deposit.
3. Can you make the machine according to buyer’s request?
A: Definitely yes. The electrical voltage meets the industrial power demand of customer’s country. According to past experience, we can increase protective frame and stripes of machine to ensure workers are not easy injured, and increase sump to prevent water leaking to the floor cause workers to slip. Humanized designs are our intentions.
4.How do you pack the product before delivery?
A: We will completely seal our machines with plastic film. Wooden box is subject to additional charges, it depends on customer need.
5. How do you ensure your product quality?
A: The parts we purchase are all traceable and brand new. Must be tested for their performance, speed, and productivity by our team before delivery can provide the necessary video evidence to customers.
6. How do you ensure after-sales service?
A: We can guarantee that we will respond to your problem as soon as possible like before delivery. Whether it is technical support or other product needs.
7. Will you help us install and debug the machine?
A: Yes, we can if you need. But by convention, we will arrange two engineers to the buyer’s factory for installation and commissioning and training, the buyer should be responsible for the round-trip tickets, accommodation and visa fee, and allowance of 50USD per day for each person. Usually, this only takes 1-2 days.
8.Do you have any customer in our country? Can you share their names?
A: I am afraid we are not able to disclose their names because we owe a duty of care to our clients to prevent any risk of harm. In a way, you are a competitor. We may have some follow-up actions to let them be willing to share with you the experience of using our machines.
9. Can you offer us discount?
A: We do have a discount program for those prospective clients who are willing to help us with the local promotion or are open to local visitors as a demo project. If you join it. We do not even worry about discounts.
