What is Gravimetric Dosing System?
The gravimetric dosing controller also called the gravimetric feeding system. Specifically, it is a High Saving Self-calibrating feeding system that doing based on the weight in speed. For the purpose of more precise extrusion, as well as easier operation and more material-saving.
The stepper motor will automatically alter its speed when a change is detected in the material flow. Through the automatic calculation and send command of the PLC system, the puller machine can adjust the speed by itself.
